- M.Sc. in Environmental Science and Management since 2000
(The curriculum of MSc Environment has been updated in 2023. Now it provides two specialization programs: a. Environmental Science b. Climate Change
- BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) since 2008
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) since 2018
- MCSIT (Master of Computer System and Information Technology) Since 2025

The institution has been actively involved in key areas such as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Climate Finance, Climate Change Loss and Damage, environmental and climate mainstreaming in development projects, climate adaptation studies, environmental baseline studies, GIS and remote sensing, as well as data analysis and management. Alongside its strong foundation in environmental science, SchEMS also offers diverse and career-focused programs in business and information technology, including BBA for developing managerial and entrepreneurial skills, BCA and B.Sc. programs for building technical and scientific expertise, and MCSIT for advanced knowledge in computing, data science, and modern IT systems.
